Of course, the word "solving" is subjective...

My overall thrust would be that homelessness is a result of massive macroeconomic trends and that it is probably more likely to mitigate homelessness rather than to eradicate it.

I would mostly focus on Santa Barbara and SB County. 

Glen Bacheller began his marketing career at General Mills. He became the Chief Marketing Officer at Dunkin Donuts and was President or CEO of Baskin Robbins, Noah's Bagels, Jamba Juice and an early stage Silicon Valley software company.

Sole owner of a Massachusetts home healthcare company which he successfully sold in 2016.

He moved to Santa Barbara in 2008 and worked as both a volunteer and an advisor for numerous homelessness organizations. Founded Partners in Housing Solutions which has helped house over 900 SB area homeless people in the past six years. Serve on several local committees and Boards around homelessness.
