Founder's Beach Picnic

Carpinteria State Beach Picnic Area • Sep 10, 2023 • 1 PM to 4 PM 

 SBSC invites you to come and END SUMMER with your friends at Carpinteria Beach!

We promise you a fun party! 

Food provided by Shrimp vs Chef featured on Food Network's Food Truck Nation, liberal libations, games, and camaraderie!  This is a very special club event and a favorite of our founder - Jeannie Elrod.  We will see you there!

What You provide... 

Bring your appetite and ready smiles. If you like, you can bring a light appetizer OR a dessert  to share .  SBSC members if you have a name tag/lanyard, please bring it!

• Shrimp vs Chef food truck offerings w/ vegetarian options (SBSC covers the costs of food truck food)
• Wine, beer and soft drinks 
• Fun and games

Easy to get there with plenty of parking!

Carpinteria State Beach park is close to downtown and at the end of Palm Avenue. Plenty of parking is available in the park for a fee as well as limited free parking on Linden and Palm Avenues. We will gather at the day use Ramada, which is fully equipped with picnic tables, grills and close to rest rooms. 

Guests are welcome. This is a great event to share with nonmembers so bring a friend!
